I don't like working for anyone. I work better alone. I need lots of free time to think and create solutions. Today's corporate work environment is exactly the opposite of what I need.

I need the freedom to go to work when ever I feel like it. I started working at about 3:45 a.m. because I have the freedom to do so. If a corporate job forced me to go to work at such a time, I'd be miserable.

Solitude regenerates me. Corporate America doesn't want people to have that kind of freedom. It scares them, and the marketplace reflects that.

I like your train of thought. I go into each day committed to a few simple goals. Make somebody happy today. Be of assistance today. Find a chance to tell somebody good job today, and work (cue six-million dollar man theme) better, faster and stronger than yesterday. An attitude is a choice. I choose a great attitude each day. That motivates me.
